What is KEBO CAVITANT EXPRESS S1
The agent is used to remove corrosion from any surface (as a rule, by fully immersing the affected items). Stops and safeguards against further corrosion destruction. Completely removes corrosion from surfaces made of a variety of metals. Once pH-neutralized by water solution of calcined soda, the surface is ready for coating with paint of any type. Can be safely flushed into industrial sewage.
How to Use
- Remove dirt, loose and peeling rust prior to application.
- Shake the container well.
- Use a sprayer to apply the agent onto a surface free of dirt, dust and excessive moisture. If appropriate, immerse the corrosion-affected article into the agent and leave to react. Should be used at above +10C (for air) and at +10C…50C (if immersed)
Depending on corrosion strength it takes the agent 5-40 minutes to fully react. Repeat for stubborn stains. Can be used on wet surfaces.
Should be thoroughly washed down with water solution of calcined soda after use.
Consumption rate depends on operating conditions of the affected item and corrosion strength.
