What is KEBO CAVITANT EXPRESS SА

This agent is used to remove corrosion deposits from metal surfaces. It is applied to vertical surfaces; full immersion is an application option (much like with Express S1). It stops and safeguards against further corrosion destruction. Completely removes corrosion from surfaces made of a range of metals. Once pH-neutralized by water solution of calcined soda, the cleaned surface is ready for coating with paint of any type. Can be safely flushed into industrial sewage after application.

How to Use

• Remove dirt, loose and peeling rust prior to application.
• Shake the container well .
• Use a brush, roller or sprayer to apply the agent onto a surface cleaned of dirt, dust and excessive moisture. If appropriate, immerse the corrosion-affected article into the agent and leave to react. Should be used at above +10C (for air) and at +10C…50C (if immersed).

Depending on corrosion strength it takes the agent 5-40 minutes to fully react. Repeat for stubborn stains. Can be used on wet surfaces.

Should be washed down with water solution of calcined soda after use.

When applied as prescribed, estimated consumption rate for Express SA should be around 200-300ml/m² (1 liter should be enough for 4-7 m²). Take operating conditions and corrosion strength into account.
